Missing Toolbar

Can't see the toolbar that starts with Create and runs across top that
includes the Delete cross, Send/Receive, etc.

Was advised to right click on open area but Toolbar is already checked. How
can I restore the "original" tool bar with Create, etc. Thanks
 
The toolbar you mention is not an IE6 toolbar.
Try an OE newsgroup.
OE6 newsgroups.
