Missing Toolbar in Windows 2000 Explorer

My toolbar in windows explorer is gone. I've had this
problem before and know that there's a change that needs
to be made to the regsitry in order to get the toolbar
back. I cannot find the knowledge base article. Does
anyone have any info on this?
 
What happens if you F11 ?
