Missing Tool Bar Entries

According to Help, when I open Windows Contacts, the Tool Bar should show
"New Contact" and "New Contact Group." These two do not show up on my Tool
Bar. Does anyone know how to restore all the entries on the Contact Tool
Bar? Thanks.
 
Open Contacts window, right click in an empty area, choose Properties, Customize
tab, choose Contacts from Use this folder type as a template drop down list,
click Also apply this template to all subfolders

I have been very frustrated trying to get answeres on how to do this. Your
answer was so easy and helpful.
