Missing Time Zones

My time zones are missing from my control panel set date
and time item. The only time zone shown and listed is
Eastern Standard time, I have no problems against that
wonderful time zone except I belong to the Central Time
zone, lol. Any ideas how to fix this? And please, do not
say move further east.

looking at my windows xp's time zone, i believe that all the timezones are
indicated therein. you just need to know how many hours you are behind GMT.
pacific is GMT-0800; mountain is GMT-0700; and eastern is GMT-0500.
therefore, if your timezone is between mountain and eastern (as i am not
from the US), your timezone should be GMT-0600 (US and Canada). the US and
Canada specifications include provision for day light saving time. others
at GMT-0600 may not include the provision for dst.

i hope this helps.

regards,

The 'v' lists only the east time zone, that is the only
one I have. Maybe Bill Gates is mad at me and said to
himself: "I take away your time zones, all but EST,
moohahahaha<cough>hahaha!"

Anyways, it bugs me, rofl, I want my Central Time Zone!!!
