missing tabs

when i open the display properties window my desktop and screensaver tabs are
missing. please can any body help?

First Go through these Cleaning steps:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.

Run disk cleanup.

Because those are troll sites that have tried in the past to shut me down,
or stole from me, posted lies about me and continue to do so. If you had a
website yours would be in there too listed as a stalker. Thank you for
installing my software and visiting my website.

Because the lying, plagiarizing, thieving impostor doesn't want anyone
to know where he stole his code form, that's why!
 
What a big fatass liar you are. The only way to see my host file is to
install the software and nobody would ever send you anything to look at as
far as tech help because you have no skills. You also lied about the
installation of my hosts. If you download my hosts file separately or
install it using my Remove-it software each way you are told about the hosts
file then asked if you want to modify it. The op then has a choice to say
yes or no. It has always been that way and you know that. You would rather
lie and continue on you frivolous campaign against me. YOU ARE WASTING YOU
