Missing tabs on internet/options window

My IE6 is missing two tabs from the top of the
internet/options window. I am supposed to see tabs with
the labels of Security and Advanced but these are missing.
Could anyone please point me to where I might look to get
them back?

Download "RepairTabs.reg "
Be sure to check for the parasite which probably caused this, using
instructions elsewhere on that page.
