missing tabs in IE6

The "Security" and "Advanced" tabs are missing in my IE6
tool/internet options window. I assume it's a spyware
issue. I've removed all ad/spyware and redownloaded IE6,
but still no tabs. Any ideas? I've seen some mention of
registry edits but no definative scheme. Help!
