missing tabs in Business Contact Manager

I'm running Outlook 2007 B2TR with BCM B2TR - in Outlook 2007 without BCM
B2TR, when entering a new contact there are four tabs: "Contact", "Insert",
"Format Text" and "Add-Ins".

When I add BCM B2TR there are only two tabs: "Contact" and "Format Text" -
is there a reson or is this a bug?

At least with the "Add-Ins" tab, this only shows up when there's an
add-in that has registered with that particular folder. If I create an
add-in for BCM Business Contacts, then the add-in tab shows on the
Business Contacts form's ribbon.
 
I'm not familiar with that one. It doesn't show up when I open an
Outlook Contact, just Contact and Format Text. It may have something to
do with attachments, which BCM items don't support. On the other hand,
you can add files to the BCM item's history.
