Missing system32 files

c:\windows\wnbackup\wnclie~1\unwise32.exe cannot be found on my sisters
computer, which is a file necessary for certian installs. Is it possible for
someone to send me a copy?

Reinstall that WNBACKUP software. This folder is not present in a
standard Windows installation, so the contents obviously belong to
third-party software.
