Missing System32\cd_clint.dll file

When I try to uninstall some files from uninstall list, I
get a message that the ....\System32\cd_clint.dll is
missing. How can I restore it?
 
cd_clint.dll its a AD-Ware *.DLL and needed by Kazaa... so
she is used by the Kazaa Spyware!
