Missing System File

I cannot get into my Simply Accounting Pro 2004. I have re-installed the program and what comes up is that a file, namely "oledb32.ddl" is missing. When I do a search on my hard drive, I find this file exactly where it is supposed to be in C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\. I have had several problems since upgrading to XP and it is driving me nuts. Can anyone help?
 
Go to the Microsoft Download site and look for the latest MDAC setup file.
Download and install it.

It used to be www.microsoft.com/data
but I think they changed the link.
