Missing Spam Folder

Have Office 2007. I think I deleted spam folder. When I try to add spam
folder back a message pops up and says that the server indicates the spam
folder exists. HELP!
 
Thanks Larry. How do I restart Outlook using the reset folders switch?

Press WinKey+R. In the Open field, enter

outlook.exe /resetfolders

Be sure to include the space. press Enter.
