I recently purchased a new computer from Dell
with Windows XP as the O.S. (Previously I used Windows 98
SE),and when I added the printer, (HP 722 C)the system
found it automatically, so I didn't need to install the
driver for this printer?
I used to be able to print on both sides of the page
but can't find the service tab in Properties
to do this. Where do I go from here?

Since this is a very discontinued printer, HP decided it was uneconomical to
write updated drivers for them. Microsoft included drivers that enable you
to print, but may not have the additional features you were used to.

You can regain them by using the software found at www.fineprint.com

I also upgraded to XP but my printer is a Lexmark. I used
to have the same option of printing on both sides of the
page. I finally figure out that they have a new option to
do this. Somewhere it may have a print option with a drop
down window with these options in the it; print all
pages, only even pages or only odd pages. Which is the
same as printing both sides. It is just two different
print jobs rather than the printer telling you to
reinsert pages.

Hopefully this helps.
