I have Outlook 2000 installed and am trying to change
from "Internet Only" option to one that allows me to
connect to an Exchange server. My problem is that
the "Services" menu item under "Tools" is not there, nor
the "Mail Services" tab on the Options dialog. Different
KB articles (like 195478) also talk about these menu and
tab items. Unfortunately I can't follow any of the
instructions because of the disconnect between
documentation and the actual program. I looked at my
installation of Outlook and I pretty much installed all
the options.
Any clues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Marty
