missing service pact 2& registry has problems

hi,I would like to know where to get service pacts 1t 1
thru 6,toreplace/refresh missing or damaged ones?also, my
registry is damaged -a12 are not working and Ialready
downloaded arepair tool!but will not work without sservice
pact 2.what can i do?thanks.
