Missing "Send to Compressed folder" function

Guest

My PC at home (XP Pro) has a right mouse click option in Windows Explorer
"send to" and and option to "create a compressed file or folder".

My office PC (running XP as well) doesn't have this option for some reason.
Can it be enabled, and if so how?

Thanks

Your drive must be formatted NTFS.

Just to understand more fully:
I am trying to Zip files and folders, not compress the disk.

In order to use the inbuilt XP zip function (compress) do I need to fiddle
with the drive format (NTFS) which on my work PC, I definately can't?
