Missing security updates

I ran the Belarc Advisor on my PC and it showed two security patches that
could not be verified KB885836 and KB902400.
Is this something that I should be concerned about and if so How can I
correct it.
Also the history review of ny Windows Update shows a failed error code of
0xF00BFFFF for KB921883.
As far as I can tell my computer XP Pro SP2 seems to be working fine.

Regards,
Frankie

Running fine and being secured/patched are not hand-in-hand.

Looking at the KB articles you referenced:

Vulnerability in WordPad Could Allow Code Execution (885836)
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885836
( Download patch:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=703DE7D8-68D9-4A92-8C59-87221F89EF14 )
and

Vulnerabilities in MSDTC and COM+ Could Allow Remote Code Execution (902400)
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902400
( Download patch:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=20F79CE7-D4DB-42D7-8E57-58656A3FB2F7 )

You should patch for them. You can go directly to the articles above and
download/install the patch from there.
