Missing Security and Advanced tab in IE6

Not to mention active x controls no longer function in
websites that have active x. I will not see anything. I
have had problems similar to this in the past but not with
XP or IE6 but spawned from a Fire All or Virus protector.

Any thoughts on how I can get these tabs back?
