Missing Rules Wizard [Cufflin]

My Rules Wizard is missing from the Tools menu in Outlook 2002. I'm having
this same problem on 2 different systems; one using W2K SP4, the other using
WXP Pro.

I've tried to solve this on both systems by:
- Running Detect & Repair...didn't help.
- Looking for Rules Wizard in Disabled Items list from About Microsoft
Outlook window...not listed.
- Uninstall & reinstall Outlook 2002...didn't help.

NOTE: When I look for the Rules Wizard, I've got the Inbox in my Personal
Folders selected.

please try to create a new profile, to get back your rule wizard!
