Missing Rights

When I insert a chart in Word 2003, it becomes immediately unavailable for
editing. When I try to edit it by double-clicking, it says "You don't have
rights to edit this document". I haven't changed any options in word that
use some kind of rights. I do not use any protection in my word-documents...
What is wrong?

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus. See
