Hi I need a file called RGB.ICM because I'm having some problem installing my all in one printer and is seeking a solution to this problem. Everytime I try to install it a box pops up asking for this file because it's missing. I'm trying to see if I can find the specific file online and download it but is'nt having any luck yet, so I would be very grateful if someone could help me find a soloution to this problem. Thanks alot

Which printer and operating system do you have, you'll need to give this sort of information so we can help :)

It could be that this file is located on your Windows Install disk if you are prompted for the file during driver installation.

I have a pentium 4 with windows professional 2000, and a hp psc 1210 all in one printer. And yes i am been prompted for the windows 2000 cd but unfortunately I don't have it or a copy of it and have no way of finding this file. I think i must have accidentallt deleted this RGB file during uninstalling and reinstalling becuse I was having some problems using the scanner. So now everytime the printer reache halfway during reinstalling it asks for this file and the windows 2000 cd. But since i only need that file I wanted to know where i could obtain it if possible. some help would be greatly appreacited since I'm stuck with a printer that can't print anything directly from the computer.Thank you.

I had a look on the net for this file, but I can't see it available for download anywhere. I think you'll have to try and get your Win2k CD back to be able to progress the install :thumb:
