missing records...help?

Hi,
I have a list of accounts red flagged for follow up. When I look at the
list, some that I know should be there are missing from the view. Even
looking at the entire list including non flagged accounts, some are still
missing.

When I search for that missing account, it comes up as found and I can use
it as normal.

Any ideas please?

In main window of Outlook 2003: View -> Arrange By -> Custom -> Filter ->
Clear All
That should remove any filters you have on your view.
Try switching your view to something else and make sure filters are cleared.
