I have a client using MSO2K on Win98 that reported, when
he opened Outlook he was notified Outlook could not find
his personal files and did he want to create a new
account. He said yes, and his .pst appeared to be
overwritten. I did a thorough search for the .pst
including using recovery software and was not able to
locate it.
In the last two weeks this has happened on two more
occasions. I am at a loss and cannot find any info on
it. I have done complete scans for .pst, the name of the
file, date of modification, etc. on the local drive and
network and do not find it. I have also made sure that no
files are hidden.
Thank you
