I have my PST files sitting locally on my laptop. I seem
to be only able to access them through my internal network
at work. If I try to access these files usinig another
network, Outlook just opens, then closes, then nothing. I
have two other PST files that I can access anywhere with
no problem. I've searched but can find no glaring
differences between the files. If anyone has information I
would be truly grateful.
Thanks,
gboy

Try reconnecting it again by using File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
