Missing program files

After running norton one button check up, I find I am missing these program
files.
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.50727\Applaunch.exe

aspnet_regiis.exe

aspnet_state.exe

aspnet_wp.exe

csc.exe

cvtres.exe

ilasm.exe

mscorsvw.exe

ngen.exe

vbc.exe
cannot access a
necessary file "msvcr80.dll"

Any help would be great. My Windows updates are current.

* insert your WinXP SP2 CD

* click Start > Run > type sfc /scannow (note space between sfc /), click OK

Scan should begin verifying all files are in place

download and reinstall .NET Framework 2.0
