Missing Pics when importing Photo Story project

We are having problems when importing Photo story projects. It appears that
random pics are missing. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing that?

I created an INTRO animation, and then imported a photostory 3 .wmv file
(about 56megs). It appears that all but the last 2 minutes of the .wmv file
(slideshow/photostory) was imported.

Why was it incomplete? I want to add the ENTIRE .wmv file to the
storyboard/final project.
