missing personal folders

I have a user who opened Outlook this am and says that some of her personal folder have disappeared. The inbox seems OK. Sub-folders withing folders are gone... along with the messages contained. I can't find any info in the MS docs. Thanks.

I have recently experienced the exact same problem. A user's folders are gone. My first thought is that they were archived, but that was not the case. I did a complete database restore from backup with the same results. I have been unable to find any info on this so far, but will post it here if and when I do. Thank you
