Hi - My home PC running microsoft XP home wont start. It tells me that the Systems file located in C:/windows/systems32/config/system is corrupted or missing. It then tells me that I can use the "Repair" functionality if I load the XP disk
I do this and select R - for repair from the menu.
I am then asked what windows installation I want to log on to - there is only one, c:/windows
Then it gives me a command prompt and I dont know what to do???

Does anyone have any idea??
