Missing Option on Start Menu Tab

Hello,
When I right clicked Start Button, and choose Properties, there's only 1
option, the Classic Start Menu. The other is missing, it just vanished. Can
someone help me out. Thanx in advance.

Look here and see ifd this value is there
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Policy:Disable the new simple Start Menu
