missing OMINT.DLL File

I am running Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000. I received a
message that I can't open Outlook because I am missing
file OMINT.DLL and that I need to reload Outlook.

Is it possible to just install the missing file - and if
so, does anyone know where I can get it or can someone
email it to me?
