Missing of hyperlinks

A presentation which is created using powerpoint 2003,When it is
opened with powerpoint 2007,then save as it in powerpoint 97-2003
presentation mode,then the hyperlinks of the presentation missing.

All of the hyperlinks or just some of them?

Are the hyperlinks created in 2003 or in 2007?

All Hyperlinks with relative paths, when save as is done to other location
(Not Current presentations location), If save as is done to the current
presentations location, then there is no hyperlink missing.
eg: 1. Open an existing presentation having hyperlinks (the hyperlinks are
located in the same folder of the main presentation (say it is in My
Documents)).
2. File -> Save As -> to any other folder (say to Desktop)
Now, PowerPoint is trying to locate the hyperlinks from the Desktop(which is
originally located in My Documents). In PowerPoint XP and 2003, the path of
the hyperlinks automatically changes when we save the presentation to another
folder.Are the hyperlinks created in 2003 or in 2007?
