Can I accurately assume that in addition to installing the product, you did
a scan and removal operation?
The above number is for free help from Microsoft PSS with virus or security
patch issues. Spyware removal comes under this heading, but normal
operation of the beta product does not.
So--if you removed spyware and had this result,. they should be able to help
you. If this happend simply on a boot following routine installation or
update of the antispyware product, they may well not be able to help you,
since there's no support for a beta product. Mikolaj's references look
helpful to me.
