Back in January, some unscrupulous person was spoofing my name
and insulting posters, so I started using my middle name, Nicholas.
I think things have settled down now and reverted to using my first and
last name, giving "Nicholas" a rest.

Spoofing or paranoia, Carey? There is a big difference. When I mentioned to my 5 year grandson that the replies from 'Nicholas' has stopped - he said to me 'perhaps he isn't a proper poster'. 5 year olds notice a lot more most people think.
