Hi. I have tried to follow the online help instructions
as how to add the reader to the GO menu, but when I go
through the steps of creating that button, I find that
there is no NEWS option in the CATEGORIES column. Where
can it be, and how do I get it to my GO menu? Oh, by the
way, this is Outlook 2003.

Thanks

Well it's not in the Categories column. You must select the "Go" Category
first and then you'll find it in the list of Commands.
See http://www.sparnaaij.net/faq/news.htm if it's not listed and how you can
add it to your "Go" menu

Tip of the month:
-Create your own fully customized Toolbar

Subscribe to the newsletter to receive news and tips & tricks in your
mailbox!

(I changed my reply address; remove all CAPS and _underscores_ from the
address when mailing)

I'm using Outlook 2003 as well..

Go to "View" scroll to "Toolbars" scroll to "Customize"..."Go" will be on the left side bar, on the right scroll down to "News" then drag and drop "News" to your "Go" list or drop it on your toolbar

Hope this helps
Me
