Hi

I have an odd situation here. I have Exchange 2000 Post
SP3 rollup running on Windows 2000 SP4 and from the
Exchange server I can see all names in the Global Address
List (all admins can see).

I am logged onto my PC as Admin and in Outlook I can see
all names in the All Users list.

Other staff can see most of the names, but about 5 of the
entries are blank where a name should appear, the name
isnt there but a blank entry appears in its place.

Any ideas how I can resolve this?

Hi - best to post in an Exchange group like m.p.exchange.admin or
exchange2000.admin.

Yep I have seen this, it means someone dorked with the permissions on those user
objects. Exchange doesn't have the permission necessary to display the info it
wants to show but it knows something is there so it gives you a blank line.
Depending on the version of outlook, if you click on that blank you may crash
outlook.
