Missing Multimedia Audio Controller

HELP!!! I mistakenly deleted my sound. Can someone please help me find
where I can download the correct driver? I want to say I deleted something to
the reference of REALTEK.

Main Circuit Board:
Board: C51MCP51
Bus Clock: 201 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 01/19/2007

I have WINXP PRO with SP3

Your help is appreciated.
