i have a "quick user's guide" and it has "MS-6533E" on the top in bold. and
under it is says"MSI Mainboard Designed for intel pentium 4 processor.
hope thats useful..
This is my shot at it...
The PCI/VEN looks familiar. The 1039 & 7012 is for an SIS AC'97 interface.
I wish I had a way of looking up the SUBSYS, but I don't know of a
source of those. The SUBSYS consists of two parts, 1462 being the
motherboard maker, and 5332 being related to the motherboard
model somehow.
The motherboard could be an MSI retail board (in which case you'd hope
it would be easy to find a driver). The alternate possibility, is the
board is OEM (which means MSI won't support it), in which case the
computer manufacturer is the place to look for drivers.
AC'97 drivers are tricky, in that unlike some other driver types,
a given driver for AC'97 doesn't cover a lot of territory. For
example, Analog Devices (Soundmax) drivers, typically cover
two companies of Southbridges, plus some number of AC'97 codecs,
in a given driver file. Which means having to look a lot of places to
find a driver. (For example, I have an Asus motherboard, and actually
found a more recent driver that would install, on the Dell site.)
Your board is for sale here. Chipset is SIS651/SIS962L. The advert is
indeterminate as to exact audio chip, but it is RealTek 2 or 6 channels.
(ALC201A/202A/ALC650). Which is a good thing, because now you can
try the RealTek driver.

OK, here is the ReakTek driver. Try the A4.04 (18051k) one.
I tried the ZIP, and I found a match for PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_7012&SUBSYS_53321462
in Alcwdm2.inf . So this driver should install.

This would be for motherboard video via the SIS651 chip (you need a
different driver, if you are using a separate video card, and are
taking a video signal from that separate card).
ftp://ftp.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/vga/SiS651_3590.zip
If you want a more recent one, the SIS site can provide one.

Select "Windows XP" "IGP Graphics" "SIS650 & SIS740", then
verify the SIS651 is in the list of chipsets. I see a
UniVGA3 driver, for example ( uvga3_373.zip ). There is also
a second driver on that page that seems to match, but I'd try
the 373 one first.
Have fun,
