Missing Media Bar

Hi all, I hope someone can help me please.

I had to reformat my PC the other day & reinstalled everything to the same
state it was when I bought it. I am running IE6 with SP2 but I have no media
bar or media content at all in it, I used to have the radio so I could listen
to UK stations as I am a Brit living in Australia, but it is missing & all
the MS sites imply that IE6 should have this media content but offers no help
in resolving the problem of a missing one. If anyone knows how I can get the
media bar & all media content back on my IE I would be grateful.
 
And you solved it how? Please remember that others, who may be having the
same problem, may be reading your thread for months to come.
