It appears that when my folders are full the oldest messages disappear from
the bottom of the list - How do I find the messages that have dropped of the
bottom?

Thank you Shawn, but that doesn't work - I am already 'showing all messages',
The screen is split in 2 with a list of messages above and the message text
below. The scroll down only shows a couple more messages, and it appears the
box above is full of messages (about 20) and every time a new message comes
in the oldest message disappears! I know they must be somewhere - just
where? It's probably something very simple if you know the right button to
press - I just don't know which one it is - Thanks in advance for any more
ideas.

Uhm,

This is abnormal behavior. Do you have any 3rd party program the sorts
or scans through your email? (EX: Antivirus program)

When you move your pointer over the line between the list and the
actual message it will turn into a double arrow. Left click and hold
when it does, and try dragging the list down further to see if that will
reveal them.

I have McAfee virus scan on the computer, I assume this does the email as well.
I clicked and dragged to extend the box to give me more space but no more
new messages were revealed unfortunately? Thank you for trying to help me,
it's appreciated.
