missing locations page in appointment form

I've searched extensively on Microsoft's website as well as the general web,
and I can't find an answer. I installed the beta version of Office 2007 way
back when, but then it ran out. Then I had Office 2003 installed through a
site license, and so I had installed the Live Search Maps Add-In. Then,
through the site license I was able to install Office 2007 Professional.
That's when the maps function quit working. At some point it also removed the
[Locations] page on the Appointment form. I figured it had something to do
with the add-in, so I did some different things like uninstalling the add-in,
repairing/re-installing Office, running the diagnostics, and I don't know
what else. Lately, Outlook has removed the [Location] group (different from
the button on the [Show] group--I don't know, perhaps that was a remnant of
the Live Search Maps thing. What I really want is the ability to map an
address through Outlook, even if it means linking to an external website. I
just don't like always having to go to google maps or mapquest and finding
it, then copying the link and inserting it into the appointment.

Live Maps was removed from availability and the mapping service no longer
works - you should uninstall the add-in. If the form isn't fixed after
uninstalling live maps, run docmessageclass to fix it
