After I enabled Autoarchive, I have lost all the items from Deleted
Items. Additionally, after I performed auto-archive, I cannot see my
sent items. Although the server shows that it has all the messages
under the properties, I cannot see the items. BTW the mailbox store is
showing corrupt when I try backing it up using Veritas Backup......

The idea of the "deleted items" folder is like a trash can - it's for things
you don't need to keep! If you want to keep items, put them somewhere other
than "Deleted Items"!!!!!!!

I understand that...But users in my company do not....Now they want me
to retrieve stuff from there. Besides the same thing happened with Sent
ITems folder for another user. So there is something wrong in the
system....ANy clues...

Open your archive. The items should be there, since you told Outlook to
archive by enabling AutoArchive. Outloko did just what you told it to do.

I'll echo Gordon's sentiment. Don't store things you want to keep in the
Deleted Items folder. That's like storing unpaid bills in your wastebasket
at home.

The archive is blank too. When you click on the properties, it says
that local data is 0KB and Server Data is of some size. How can I get
both to be equal?

Archives don't have a "Server Data" tab.
