In a specific contact I used to have the actions>schedule appointment option.
For some reason that I cannot figure out that option has disappeared from the
menu options. Any suggestions for how to correct this?
I am running Outlook 2003 with business contact manager. I am also running
2003 on a laptop at work. The laptop has these options on the Actions menu;
my desktop does not have it. I have tried resetting all toolbars and menus
with no effect. I am using an Outlook PST file.
