Missing items on the Action Menu

In a specific contact I used to have the actions>schedule appointment option.
For some reason that I cannot figure out that option has disappeared from the
menu options. Any suggestions for how to correct this?

I am running Outlook 2003 with business contact manager. I am also running
2003 on a laptop at work. The laptop has these options on the Actions menu;
my desktop does not have it. I have tried resetting all toolbars and menus
with no effect. I am using an Outlook PST file.

Do both machines have the same version of BCM? Look in the About
Window for the version numbers.
 
I haven't loaded BCM on the laptop yet. Was doing an install on the desktop
to see how it works. I am slowly coming to the conclusion that BCM has
changed some of the menus in Outlook. I can't find another answer as to why
the Actions>schedule meeting would have disappeared.
