Missing imprint.dll

Is this file part of the standard 2000 professional environment or should it
be supplied by the printer manufacturer?

I'm trying to re-install my Lexmark 3200 and I'm told that this file is
missing yet Lexmark advise that a missing .dll file is a windows problem and
not theirs.

Please help.
