Missing Images ONLY in my browser

When I view the website on my PC (with Internet Explorer or Netscape) some of
the images do not appear:
e.g. http://www.heatherkoumi.co.uk/error.htm

However no one else I've asked has this problem and when I "preview in
browser" or use the preview tab the images do show!
e.g. http://www.heatherkoumi.co.uk

It is the first time I have used css so I suspect they may have something to
do with it - they were used to create the chamfered / mount like edges to the
pictures ...
