Missing IE toolbars

One of the user profiles on my WinXP box has no toolbars
on IE 6.
The other users are not affected.
I need to know what the procedures or process is to
restore the standard toolbars for IE 6.
Note: I have tried re-installs of IE, repair of WinXP,
comparisons of user profiles data, and registry
modifications.
No results yet...

Hopefully someone else has crossed this bridge ahead of me.

Thanks for all replies,
Fuzz W

Reset the toolbar setting from Registry using this fix:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_toolbarfix.htm

(or)

Download IE Addressbar fix from here:
http://mvps.org/sramesh2k

[Close all browser windows and apply the .REG script]

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

If this does not help, see:
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1111/
[Do you have the NoAddressBar key in registry?]
