I have XPpro and XP Office(2002)
Computer crashed again, I have tried to reinstall to earlier time, but all of them have been lost too. I tried CHKDSK but no luck
Lost the entire icon from tool bar except the clock (lost MSN Messenge, NOD32.
Also icons for Yahoo messenger, MS Word, Outlook, Ritz, nod32 has changed (to little box with red, green and blue dots)
And all of the above programs stopped working.
When I click any above a black box flashes (like DOS screen), but nothing works
I reinstalled XPpro (Repaired).but still the same problems.
I have installed and ran Norton Antivirus but that didn’t help.
I repaired XP Office and got icon for outlook but it doesn’t have any of my emails, I tried to import it from .pst, but it says Outlook1.pst is not a personal folder.
My emails are very important for me.
Any comment appreciated.
