Missing icon

After having downloaded and installed IE8, my PC went really bonkers. Nothing
worked. Took it to a pc repair shop and was told that the copy of IE8 I had
installed was corrupt and a different download corrected the mess. Now I find
that the "Internet Options" icon is missing from the control panel. I use it
a lot and want to know how I can get it back.
