The icon that shows two computers when you connect to the
internet on the lower right side of the screen is missing
and I have to shut down the computer in order to log off
the internet. How do I get the icon back???

Shutting down the computer in order to log off the Internet
is a bit drastic. It's like pulling the mains fuse when turning
off your TV set. A much simpler way goes like this:

- Start / Settings / Control Panel / Network and Dial-up Connections
- Locate the icon that will dial your ISP
- Drag that icon to the Desktop

Now double-click this icon each time you wish to make or
brake your dial-up connection.

To get the icon back into the System Tray:
- Start / Settings / Control Panel / Network and Dial-up Connections
- Locate the icon that will dial your ISP
- Right-click it
- Tick the box that says "Show icon in taskbar"
