Missing help file

While trying to save a picture in an email, I am told the file
C:\Windows\system32\mshtml.hlp is missing and needs to be reinstalled. How
can I find a copy of this file?
 
Doing a Google search, apparently this is a known MS bug relating to IE7
installs. I'm running XP Pro w/SP3, IE7, all updates installed, and don't
have this problem. If you haven't done it already, install all Windows
updates and then check to see if problem is resolved.
