Missing Group Policy

Looking for this policy:

"Always wait for the network at computer startup and
logon"

in this location:

Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates /
System / Logon

and it's nowhere to be found. Any suggestions?

Hello Matt,

This policy will only be found on a Win2003 DC or Winxp machine.

You will not find this setting on win2000.
